ORA WEAR RETURN POLICY

Thank you for your purchase. If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied, items may be returned or exchanged within 14 days of delivery.     

RETURNS
All returns must be in new, unworn condition with original tags and packaging intact.  

PROCESS
To initiate a return, please contact support@ora-wear.com to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. 

Once approved, securely package your item and send it to:

Return shipping costs are covered by ORA Wear. REFUNDS     

Refunds and exchanges are processed within 3 business days of receiving your return. You will receive an email notification once your return is complete.
